Shipping: Typically veils are created and shipped within 1-3 weeks of placing an order. However, specialty veils such as those with lace or appliques may require extra time (up to 4 weeks). If you are in a rush and need your veil ASAP, just let us know!
All veils are shipped out USPS Priority mail at a rate of $7.80 per order. Priority Mail ensures prompt delivery as it is usually received within 1-3 days from the date of shipment.
If you are in an extreme rush for a veil we will also ship USPS Express (overnight to MOST areas- check www.usps.com to check your area, veils are shipped from zip code 68505). You will have the option to select either Express mail or Priority during checkout. If you are selecting Express, please let us know your deadline. Rates for this service will slightly vary depending on the shipping destination, but they are typically $21.00 - $24.00

Return Policy: Because all veils are Custom made per individual order we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. Due the the delicacy of the items all sales are final. Although we carefully inspect every veil before shipping, please inspect it yourself as well upon receipt. In the rare circumstance that a flaw in material or workmanship is found, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt to request an exchange. We will reimburse return shipping costs for USPS Priority mail only.
