Our goal is to provide high quality custom veils at fabulous prices! In order to do this we keep all of our staff dedicated to creating veils.
We have found that we can provide the best customer service by promptly answering emails, instead of taking phone calls. This is because many times we need to attach pictures or send links to pictures in order to explain the answers to your questions. This also allows us to answer your questions during off hours, so even if it's after closing time we can get back to you!
Having said this, we do our best to answer all emails within 24-48 hours. If it has been longer than 48 hours (excluding the weekend), please e-mail us again as it may have been mistakenly filtered.
If you are in a rush and need an answer ASAP - please write RUSH VEIL or URGENT VEIL in the subject line. As we answer emails in the order they were received, this will catch our attention immediately.
