4. Length of layer 1 (top layer): n/a

Other Comments/Instructions: Specialty Veil - The top two layers of this veil was a veil worn by the bride's sister (purchased elsewhere years ago). The bride wanted to borrow the top layers, but add a third cathedral length with initials in rhinestones.
She mailed us the top layers and we attached the cathedral length (which is extra full with a pencil edge and rhinestone initials) with velcro so it could be easily removed from the borrowed veil.
