Custom cut fullness means you can request any width you'd like for your wedding veil up to 108" wide. You may also request specifics for the top and bottom: For example - if you'd like a more sheer look at the comb, but want the bottom to be very wide and full, you might request for a bridal veil to be 54" wide at the top, and 108" wide at the bottom."
